My approach focuses on helping clients feel more authentically about themselves, feel more joy, and be empowered in everyday life. I often use metaphors and humor to encourage my clients to be themselves.

I am passionate about treating clients who struggle with addiction, anxiety, eating disorders, or trauma. My approach is practical with everyday issues like addiction, depression, life transitions, relationships, and self-esteem issues. I use different therapies like Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT, and EMDR from a Humanistic approach.
