My Background and Approach

I use therapy practices proven to work and I to tailor my therapy to your unique needs. We will work together to support you in identifying your inherent strengths and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. I honor that everyone makes mistakes and that we all have regrets in our lives, and I think that we are often our own toughest critic and that recovery stems from forgiving ourselves for things that happened in the past. I aim to provide a setting that is free of judgement so you feel heard, valued and empowered to explore their thoughts and experiences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My journey into the field of therapy began because I needed it myself. Iv’e sat where you sit now. This inspired me to complete my formal education. Along the way, I got to know people experiencing pain and isolation. I am empathetic, authentic, and collaborative, I’m not the only expert in the room when we meet, you are too. I will walk with you on you journey, you are not alone. When we’re done, you will be more self-aware and feel peaceful and empowered.
