My approach is strength-based, collaborative, empowering. , and solution focused. My primary goal is to assist you with finding your own personal power so when we part you continue to walk on with a sense of empowerment. I will be an active participant in the therapeutic relationship as we will work together to identify the barriers that keep you stuck and from living a happy and meaningful life. Once we have discovered what those barriers are, I will bring my expertise to the counseling process and assist you with exploring new perspectives, behaviors and strategies to address your difficulties. I use both traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches including: EMDR, Person Centered/Rogerian, Solution Focus, Narrative, Cognitive and Mindfulness Therapy, as well as Non-Traditional practices such as Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy and Law of Attraction.
