My Ideal Client

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, or questions about identity and purpose, I offer a collaborative space where you can explore what matters most to you. I enjoy working with couples practicing ethical non-monogamy who want to strengthen communication, clarify boundaries, and deepen connection. I also offer psychedelic integration support to help clients process and apply insights gained through psychedelic experiences.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is grounded in mindfulness, body awareness, and attachment-based understanding. I help clients connect the dots between emotions, physical experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns so they can move toward greater clarity, choice, and authenticity. I believe that many struggles make sense when viewed in the context of our life experiences and relationships. Together, we explore patterns that may have developed as ways of adapting, coping, or staying connected, while considering whether those patterns continue to serve you today. By bringing mindful attention to both thoughts and bodily experiences, we can uncover new insights and create opportunities for meaningful change. My style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your goals. I strive to provide a space where you feel respected and understood as you work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and a life that aligns with your values.

My Values as a Therapist

I have long been drawn to the big questions of what it means to be human: how we find meaning and purpose, what brings genuine joy and fulfillment, how healing happens, and how we are connected to one another and the world around us. These interests are part of what led me to become a therapist. I believe that each person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Rather than trying to "fix" people, I am interested in helping clients uncover their authentic selves, better understand their inner experiences, and build lives that feel aligned with their values and deepest truths. I am continually inspired by the interconnectedness of mind, body, relationships, and environment, and by the idea that meaningful change often emerges through curiosity, self-awareness, and compassion. My hope is to help clients cultivate greater freedom, connection, joy, and purpose in their lives.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Hakomi External link

Hakomi is a mindfulness-based, body-centered approach to psychotherapy that helps people explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that shape their lives. Through gentle curiosity and present-moment awareness, clients gain insight into how past experiences influence current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Hakomi supports self-discovery, healing, and lasting change by working with both mind and body.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Polyamorous and Open Relationships External link

I work with individuals and couples who are exploring or practicing polyamory and other forms of ethical non-monogamy. I provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space to navigate communication, boundaries, jealousy, trust, attachment, and relationship agreements. Whether you're new to ENM or have years of experience, I help clients build relationships that align with their values and needs.

  • Codependency External link

Many people who struggle with codependency find themselves prioritizing others' needs at the expense of their own, experiencing difficulty with boundaries, self-worth, or expressing their authentic feelings. I help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, cultivate healthier relationship patterns, and build a stronger sense of self while maintaining meaningful connections with others.

  • ADHD External link

ADHD can affect much more than attention and focus. Many adults with ADHD experience challenges with organization, emotional regulation, self-criticism, relationships, and following through on goals. I help clients better understand how ADHD impacts their daily lives, identify their strengths, develop practical strategies, and reduce shame. My approach focuses on working with your brain rather than against it, helping you create systems and habits that support greater balance, confidence, and we

  • Personal Growth External link

Personal growth often begins with a desire to better understand yourself, your relationships, and what brings meaning to your life. I help clients explore patterns, clarify values, increase self-awareness, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of being. Therapy can be a space not only for healing challenges, but also for cultivating purpose, connection, and growth.

  • PTSD External link

Trauma can affect how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I help clients understand the impact of traumatic experiences, develop tools for emotional regulation, and process unresolved wounds at a pace that feels safe and manageable. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on helping clients build greater resilience, connection, and well-being.
