My Ideal Client

I work with clients who experienced childhood trauma, neglect, abuse; clients who have been victims of narcissists, clients who experienced grief, pregnancy loss (stillbirth, miscarriage), clients who have PTSD, clients who have medical trauma, transgenerational trauma, clients with social anxiety, general anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, empaths who feel out of place, clients who go through life transitions. LGBTQA+ friendly

My Approach to Helping

My approach to counseling is an integration/eclectic, holistic approach; I do inner child work and use somatic, polyvagal theory, EFT tapping and other modalities to help my clients heal from their trauma, lingering anxiety and/or chronic depression. I also offer very affordable group counseling sessions for trauma healing with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 6 participants.
