My Approach to Helping

I am a trauma therapist and I use EMDR, ART Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting , IFS parts work, polyvagal-informed nervous system regulation, inner child work, and somatic therapy, I help you gently process trauma and reconnect with safety, self-trust, and a stronger sense of self. I prioritize a supportive therapeutic relationship and provide trauma-informed therapy through a holistic, integrative approach. I also offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy and bring lived neurodivergent experience. In addition to regular therapy sessions, I offer customized EMDR intensives that may include Brainspotting.
