My Approach

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. Trained as a marriage and family therapist, I view health through a relational lens. We all want inspired, healthy relationships with the people we are closest to. We all want to feel that our life is moving in a positive direction unencumbered by negative patterns and overwhelming emotions. If you are struggling with your intimate relationships or your relationship to self, counseling can help. I utilize a unique blend of attachment theory, existentialism, and experiential based therapy to support and empower my clients. My mission is to help people connect with a deep and authentic sense of who they are and what they want from life so they can embody their truest self.

My Background

A true extrovert, I have always been fascinated and energized by the complexities of people. A Nationally Certified Counselor, I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Portland State University. I’ve completed post graduate training in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Experiential Processes. In addition to my private practice, I currently volunteer at William Temple House providing low cost counseling. Supporting people is my passion. I continually pursue how I can enhance my approach and better serve my clients.
