If you're looking for a therapist who will team up with you to pay close attention to the needs and strengths of your child, I'm here to help. I have helped children ages 3-18 work through difficulties and find the path to their most authentic, thriving selves.

My Approach to Helping

I provide therapy for children and youth, ages 3 - 18. I have specialized training in child-centered play therapy, expressive arts, trauma-informed de-escalation practices, and supporting families in the 504 planning process. Your child's developmental journey is unique. My 14 years of experience working in early childhood education has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to help children grow. I listen closely to you and your child, using creativity along with research-supported tools to provide gentle, yet effective mental health care. I take a strengths-based approach to help your child feel safe showing up as their authentic selves.
