My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy begins with the belief that every individual holds infinite worth and has a purpose no matter what their past and/or present holds. My desire to support you in reaching your goals for growth and healing includes not only acknowledging your struggles, but also identifying and celebrating your strengths, values, and what makes you a unique and invaluable part of this world. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms, relationship issues, and identity development. My work with clients is person-centered and collaborative. Throughout our work together I will ask for feedback from you in order to ensure I am meeting your needs in a way that is most honoring to you and your journey. I will utilize components of various modalities to tailor our work together in order to meet your specific therapeutic goals.
