My Ideal Client
I primarily work with older teenagers and young adults in transitionary periods of life. I know this period of time can come with hard decisions and learning about who you are. Sometimes that brings up feelings of excitement, as well as anxiety, overwhelm, fear, grief, and everything in between. I appreciate the idea of being able to navigate that with others.
My Approach to Helping
My approach is based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or solutions focused therapy.
I know therapy can be daunting for some, but know that I’m here to meet you where you are.
My hope is that within our work we’ll be able to address what is most impactful for you and provide you with the tools to move through it.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I may be a good fit for someone who is looking for a clinician that can be straight forward while also empathetic. I bring some humor and sarcasm into the space while still balancing the importance and reality of what you’re experiencing. My goal is that we can build a therapeutic relationship that feels easy to bring anything to the table.
