More About the People I Treat

I am passionate about supporting those whose who are navigating pregnancy and postpartum and/or those who are experiencing sexual concerns. I understand how overwhelming trying to conceive, pregnancy and postpartum can be. The physical changes, the huge shifts with identity, the resurfacing of old trauma, the impact on sexuality, the changes in your relationships...it's a lot! I also know that, for some, pregnancy and postpartum can come with more significant anxiety or depression. It can feel so confusing and isolating to be struggling with intense anxiety or depression during a time you might have imagined would be exciting or blissful. I'm here to help you move through these challenges so you can feel more at ease. As a sex therapist, I really enjoy helping those who are struggling with sexual shame, sexual pain, and low sexual desire.
