My Ideal Client

I enjoy working with clients who are eager to embark upon a healing journey from emotional and spiritual trauma to the discovery of wholeness hidden within. Your Path unfolds through sharing life and interpersonal struggles, Dreamwork, mythological motifs, images, and archetypal energies; your Destiny is an authentic, creative, vital life with a greater capacity for self-expression.

My Approach to Helping

With compassionate listening, I will work with you to identify your core issues, clarify beliefs, and release limiting patterns. I will support you in deepening your capacity for self-reflection, acceptance, and life purpose. Your strengths will be honored while working through the challenges of relationships, depression, anxiety and/or creative blocks.

My Approach to Helping

A psychotherapist in private practice, my training is in Jungian depth psychology from the Santa Fe Jung Institute. I am passionate in supporting my clients heal spiritual and emotional trauma through a trusting relationship and tapping into their soul’s inner wisdom to make deeper life meaning. Formerly a school principal and counselor, I have worked with countless families in crisis and advocated for students with special needs and differences in language, culture, gender, and sexual orientation. I have extensive experience with clients facing life transitions such as career change, marriage, parenting, divorce, loss, and retirement. I have a particular interest in trauma including specific training in working with refugees and veterans.
