My Approach

As a therapist intern, my passion is in supporting folks who live outside of the norm. You might be a person in a larger body trying to get more comfortable reclaiming the word ‘fat’. You could be a queer and kinky person wanting to process a newly discovered fetish with someone who won’t judge you. You may be seeking a space where your chronic pain or chronic illness is validated or a space where it is safe to disclose about your experience as a sex worker. Regardless of what your experience looks like, I am ready to listen. I’m here to provide compassionate care for all of my clients. Imagine a space where you are given permission to come in as your whole self without needing to apologize or edit or make yourself smaller. In this space, nothing is too big or too much; you are whole-heartedly welcomed.

My Background

As a self-identified weirdo my whole life, I know that it can seem impossible to feel truly seen by others. That can feel so painful. Sometimes to cope with that hurt, we start to fragment pieces of ourselves just to survive. I want you to know that you can mend those parts into wholeness and honor the beautiful, badass person you are.
