What I Specialize In

Do you often feel overwhelmed by the demands that come from being a woman, adulting with ADHD, or carrying racial trauma/cultural identity issues? Do you often second guess or suppress your needs or feelings and feel more disconnected from your sense of self as a result? Are you feeling stuck in a cycle of negative self-talk, guilt, or shame that has gotten internalized and it's been affecting how you feel about yourself, or your ability to be more present and how you show up in relationships? Are you presently grieving the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, or parts of yourself and feel alone in your pain? I specialize in therapy for women experiencing mid-life transitions, intergenerational trauma, cultural issues, grief/loss, and/or ADHD. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for processing complex emotions in a way that feels safe to you and exploring the patterns that are getting in the way of you living a life that is more true to you.
