My Approach to Helping

Therapy is about the relationship and therapeutic alliance. We will create a safe space where you feel seen and heard. This space will be free from judgment and built on authenticity. We will work in collaboration with a strong focus on building confidence and trust in yourself. You will be provided guidance and support to process what life has presented you. Any goals set will be based on your values. Evidence-based practices used include Motivational Interviewing, Feedback Informed Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
