My Ideal Client

You may feel constantly on edge, stuck in overthinking, or carrying a quiet sense of exhaustion from holding it all together. Maybe you’re moving through a life transition, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or noticing that old ways of coping no longer work. You’re thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for something to shift, even if you’re not sure where to start.

My Approach to Helping

I integrate somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches to support lasting change. My work draws from ACT, DBT, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation, along with brainspotting to process deeper patterns held in the body. With a background in mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork, I offer a holistic approach that honors both mind and body. I have experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges, with a focus on midlife and chronic stress. Together, we build awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools to respond to life with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins with feeling safe enough to slow down and listen inward. My work is grounded in the values of presence, curiosity, and compassion, with a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I see anxiety and stress not as problems to eliminate, but as signals to understand with care. I value creating a space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and attuned, where you can move at your own pace. My approach is shaped by an interest in the mind-body connection, nervous system health, and the ways identity, relationships, and larger systems impact well-being. I am committed to providing LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence-affirming, and anti-racist care, and to ongoing learning that deepens my ability to support meaningful, sustainable change.
