My Background and Approach
My work is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that lasting change happens through compassionate connection to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. I integrate ACT, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and body-based tools to help clients understand not just what they think, but how they feel and experience life in their bodies. I offer steady support as you explore what feels painful and uncover what helps you feel more grounded. Our work together can open space for new insight, deeper self-compassion, and more ease in your daily life and relationships.
Beginning therapy is an act of courage and self-care. You do not have to sort through these challenges on your own. I bring warmth, presence, and genuine care to our work together so you feel supported every step of the way. If this feels like the right fit for you, I invite you to reach out and begin this journey.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe deeply in the dignity and worth of every individual, and I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and empowering. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and am pursuing a certificate in gender-affirming clinical care. I understand the importance of honoring diverse identities and experiences. My work is grounded in challenging systems of oppression and advocating for social justice, and I strive to approach therapy with a lens that values equality, autonomy, and empowerment.
These beliefs guide my practice, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients in a way that respects their unique identities while addressing the broader societal forces that impact their well-being.
