Drawing on my professional skills and empathy, I strive to help you tap into your existing strengths—even if they're not obvious to you right now. Having faced transphobia and other forms of discrimination myself, I believe these experiences have uniquely prepared me to support you on your healing journey. My practice is grounded in cognitive approaches, and I am skilled in DBT, CBT, and ACT, with a strong focus on cultural competence and trauma-informed care. If you are not part of the Queer community, I am equally eager to accompany you on your path toward healing. Together, we'll explore your distinct challenges and needs with compassion and understanding.
