My Ideal Client

Are you experiencing changes in your relationship, and looking for ways to reconnect? Maybe you're pregnant or postpartum and the transition isn't quite what you expected? I'm a huge proponent of preventative care, so perhaps you know you're about to face some tough times and want to gain some skills and tools to address those challenges.

My Approach to Helping

My eclectic style allows me to use many different tools to ensure that each client receives the individual care they deserve. Counseling provides many personal benefits, as well as positive changes in your relationships. Those who suffer from depression, anxiety, and stress, will develop skills to cope with symptoms day to day, and create long term plans to address ongoing issues. My goal is to hold space for you while you need it, with compassion, empathy, and honesty.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a Master’s level clinician focusing on providing services to adults and couples, and have completed the first level of Gottman Relationship Training. I have been a Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator since 2013, helping parents prepare their relationship for baby. I have been a volunteer with Baby Blues Connection for 6 years, and I completed my Certification in Perinatal Mental Health in September 2019. In February 2020, I began offering TeleMental Health Services.
