My Ideal Client

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, ages 5 to 90. I support clients who are navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship concerns, divorce, life transitions, self-esteem, childhood behavioral concerns, and family conflict.

My Approach to Helping

I work from a trauma-informed and attachment-based perspective and draw from approaches such as play therapy and creative interventions. I also incorporate sand tray therapy to help clients explore emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be difficult to express in words alone. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person has a unique story, and together we can find an approach that fits your needs, personality, and goals. Whether we are talking through difficult experiences, exploring relationship patterns, learning new coping skills, or using creative techniques, I want therapy to feel both meaningful and practical.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with friends, sharing coffee and conversation, spending time with my pets, reading, watching movies and TV, and traveling. I appreciate the simple moments that help us slow down and reconnect.
