How I Can Help You

As a Psilocybin Facilitator I offer you my breath, my presence, my inner-peace and my unconditional support. I offer you a guided path to release the things that no longer serve you, creating fertile ground for transformation and, ultimately, a deeper and more loving relationship with yourself. As a Somatic Practitioner I offer you a counter-normative lens to reframe the narratives you have around your mind, your body and your relationships. I offer you an invitation to commune with your body, your desires and your sensations, and decolonize your relationship to pleasure.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a white, middle-class, able-bodied, cisgendered, queer woman & I’m aware that my privilege has come at the cost of the oppression & marginalization of many, & the lens I perceive the world through has the potential for many blind spots that I work each day to become conscious of. I’m doing my best to balance humility with dignity when considering the opportunities my privilege has afforded me & the power that comes with it. I too have my own personal & cultural oppressions to navigate, being a sexually-liberated female, I have contended with sexual violence, prejudice & being chronically misunderstood. Psychedelics, kink & pleasure activism have helped me to heal & feel empowered in this world. Diversity will serve to make us stronger if we can practice respectful emulation & careful integration of our differences. I abide by the 8 ethical principles of indigenous medicine: reverence, respect, responsibility, relevance, regulation, reparation, restoration & reconciliation.
