Clinical Psychologist

Distress and pain are part of the human experience. It’s what we do with these experiences that is important. I work with my clients to help them find their way through life’s obstacles and make change that is consistent with their values – what really matters to them.

My Approach

My approach to therapy and counseling is holistic and strength-based. I see each person as a whole and capable of change. You are the expert on your own experience and I work collaboratively with you to build upon your existing strengths, as well as introduce new skills and strategies to help you take meaningful steps towards your goals and values. I work with individuals who may feel stuck in their experiences of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, or trauma to again connect with their values and engage in what they find meaningful. There is hope! Together we can find a way to move you forward and live the life you want.
