My Approach to Helping
I have 15 +years experience using various modalities including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, Somatic Experiencing, psycho education, and trauma-informed Play and Expressive Arts Therapy. Also, I work with anxiety disorders and depression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationship - with ourselves, with others, and within the safety of a therapeutic connection. Each person has different needs and I treat each client with respect, dignity and autonomy. Collaboratively, we can create therapy goals and demystify the process together.
