My Ideal Client

Grief affects all of us-whether it is due to death, relationship loss, illness and medical trauma, infertility and pregnancy loss, sudden and traumatic events, or any number of other profound life transitions. Whether your loss is recent or years old, we’ll work together to process your grief, reconnect with your resilience and sense of self, and build new meaning without minimizing your pain.

My Background and Approach

I have over 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate the often overwhelming terrain of grief and loss. My work is trauma-informed and relational; grounded in deep empathy, clinical skill, humor, and a belief that grief isn't something to "fix"-it is something to witness, hold, and integrate while finding one's personal way forward. I use a blend of narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, and mindfulness-based approaches, grounded in an anti-oppression framework. As a clinical supervisor, I offer a reflective, collaborative space where other therapists can deepen their practice, stay grounded in their values, and care for themselves while doing this profound work.
