My Ideal Client

I enjoy working with people in transition, realizing they are not where they want to be in life, yet hoping there is something better. I help you to identify what it is you want, what is holding you back and gradually taking the steps to overcome reluctance and move forward. I want to see you realize your dreams! I provide a supportive group experience where you can learn more about how to set boundaries, practice compassionate self-care, and develop new skills to practice a life worth living.

My Approach to Helping

I am attachment oriented. Relationships matter! One key to changing your life is changing your relationships. My clients have opportunity to learn and grow with each other in groups. My reward is seeing you have hope and learn to thrive, not limited by your past or the difficult things you have experienced.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

M.A. in Counseling. 2011. I am a full-time counselor, part time nurse. My therapy orientation is Attachment therapy. I do DBT Informed therapy. I worked in community mental health before practicing privately. I have lived and worked overseas doing career counseling before getting my second Masters in counseling. My job is to give you hope. It is never too late to begin. I practice from a Christian perspective but respect and work with people with a variety of beliefs and orientation.
