Since 2011, I have been working with folks across the Portland-Metro area seeking growth and change amidst endings, beginnings, challenges and transitions. I work with adults experiencing changes in their lives that can often be challenging including anxiety, depression, stress, becoming parents, relationship difficulties and grief and loss. I also have extensive experience working with folks experiencing mood and anxiety issues during and after pregnancies.
Specialties
I have specialized training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy and am currently an Interpersonal Psychotherapy Level A therapist and anticipate completing Level B certification by the end of 2021
Specialties
Since 2015, I have been working with folks experiencing perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, people who have experienced pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and those considering options with a pregnancy, including termination and adoption. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification, PMH-C, to recognize my specialized training and work experience.

I utilize Interpersonal Psychotherapy, a modality uniquely suited for folks experiencing stress related to changes in their life including changes in employment/careers, relationships, physical health, change in living environment, and new roles (e.g. becoming a caregiver or parent). Since 2011, I have been working with folks encountering transitions in their lives - including pregnancy and postpartum, re-entry following incarceration, and early recovery.
I worked as an integrated mental health therapist for an OB/GYN company from 2015-2021. This allowed me the opportunity to work with folks across the lifespan, often addressing the confluence of physical and mental health; including reproductive health (i.e managing medical issues during a pregnancy, pregnancy loss), PMS/PMDD, pregnancy and adjustments following the birth of a child, sexual health, healthy weight management and lifestyle choices.
