My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with victims of childhood abuse, parents who wish to end generational trauma cycles, clients who have experienced grief/loss, and those exploring identity, purpose and potential. As a trauma-centered provider my top priority is in creating a safe, nurturing space. I am in 'midlife' phase of life and have 20+ years in high tech so midlife/professional clients are a natural fit, but I work with clients from all walks! LGBTQIA+ friendly, Vet Friendly.

My Approach to Helping

Psilocybin is a substance that mimics serotonin in the brain. All journeys and sessions, whether large or small, are therefore essentially you working with your own mind to process, release and heal. My role as a facilitator is not to direct your actions, but to create and hold a protective safe and nurturing space for you to engage in your own self-healing work. For those who 'don't know what to do', I also provide a toolkit of techniques and training you can utilize before, during and after your session. My company Fractal Soul has an online membership community and online courses to support your integration/habit practice continually for as long as you like. I am highly relationship-oriented and love working with clients over time. As someone who has completed extensive grief and Shadow work on my own, I am comfortable holding space and sitting with you in your darkest trenches.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I was raised in a very conservative home in Colorado and attended a Christian college here in Oregon, so I understand the Christian framework very well. I now hold truths more of a Pantheist and Agnostic nature and have studied eastern and pagan religious philosophies such as Taoism, Buddhism and Celtic/Norse paganism, all of which honor the sacredness of nature and cycle of life. I fully support human rights, as all humans are innately equal and equally sacred, and hold little tolerance for bigoted, racist, and other superiority complexes rooted in Ego & subconscious programming from our childhoods and initial caregivers. With a personal/ancestral history of DV, war/vet PTSD (my grandfather, WW2), addiction and generational/inherited trauma, I have fierce affinity for others who have walked this same path. You are welcome here, you are heard and seen, you are safe.
