Anxiety, Depression, Relationship / Marriage Issues
This group is designed to help you practice these Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Each week of the month a skill group is featured. Diary cards, worksheets, and notes of encouragement are provided. This is an open group capped at 10 participants. A free orientation session prior to attending group is required.
