My Ideal Client

I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and family challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck or overwhelmed. I offer a compassionate, client-centered space to unpack what you’re carrying and begin healing. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, helping you reconnect with your inner voice and find a sense of clarity, balance, and self-trust.

What I Specialize In

Anxiety and depression can feel isolating and heavy, often impacting every part of life. I specialize in helping clients manage emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, racing thoughts, and low mood. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed work, and mindfulness. I hold certifications in CBT for anxiety and depression, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Nonviolent Communication. Therapy with me is gentle, empowering, and personalized. We will explore underlying patterns and help you build tools for greater calm, clarity, and self-awareness.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being seen, heard, and supported during life’s hardest moments. My own healing journey shaped my belief that change begins with connection and self-compassion. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and family issues. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Oregon State University and have completed certifications in Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT™), Mindful Self-Compassion, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and Youth Mental Health First Aid. I also hold training in cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and working with families. Therapy is not about fixing who you are—it’s about honoring your full humanity and helping you reconnect with your resilience.
