You're someone who has been holding it together for a LONG time. You do it all because you're a rockstar and it's the role you signed on for, but you know it could be better. You're good with life but a gnawing feeling has been growing inside questioning your vitality, joy and aliveness. At times you feel angry, frustrated and burned out. You'd rather feel peaceful, confident and comfortable in your body. You're open to alternative healing, ready for change and eager for some transformation.

We are more than our thinking mind. The experience of being oneself must be felt. I have extensive training in a variety of body centered treatment including: Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, Coherence Therapy and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. You've taken care of others for a long time. It's time to focus on you.
How we handle and deal with anxiety directly impacts our quality of life. There is no separating mind from body. The pounding chest, pit in your stomach, and shortness of breath are terrifying 'signals' telling you something is wrong. Together we'll get curious about what's driving the anxiety and I'll teach skills that will help you create lasting peace in your life.
Self-esteem refers to how you feel about yourself. It reflects a person’s overall subjective emotional evaluation of their worth. Science has confirmed what we long suspected, mainly, that our thoughts follow our emotions. What we think matters. The problem is that in the absence of reliable data, people will make up stories about themselves. This is normal as we are literally wired for story. Unfortunately the normality of it doesn’t take away the suffering. Every time you judge yourself, you

I have a conflicted relationship with technology. It creates community and dispenses information like never before. The problem is that human beings are wired to see the bright and shiny - making the medium that brings us most together, the one that potentially pulls us apart.
