I specialize in working with clients who are wanting to find relief & healthy coping skills around anxiety, depression, as well as their relationship to self & others. My work with clients focuses on healing past trauma, relational hurts & self-defeating beliefs that compound symptoms of depression & anxiety. If you are feeling disconnected from yourself and others, working together could be deeply impactful. Growth, healing & relief are possible.
My work is built on the foundation of person-centered care where the work is compassionate, authentic, non-judgmental and collaborative.
Existing can be difficult and none are exempt from the human condition that inevitably delves into an exploration of our existence, meaning, and fulfillment. This is the main philosophy I utilize in assessment, treatment, and overall work in this space.
Personal growth and increasing self-compassion, as well as self-understanding for my clients, is one of my main techniques to utilize in tandem with other interventions depending on presenting concerns.
Experience with clients in navigating big life cycle changes or processing what is hindering progress in my practice is common.
I specialize in grounding techniques and anxiety management.
I specialize in processing and specific interventions to decrease depression symptoms.
