I specialize in working with clients who are wanting to find relief & healthy coping skills around anxiety, depression, as well as their relationship to self & others. My work with clients focuses on healing past trauma, relational hurts & self-defeating beliefs that compound symptoms of depression & anxiety. If you are feeling disconnected from yourself and others, working together could be deeply impactful. Growth, healing & relief are possible.
Specialties
