My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With over 19 years of experience as a therapist, I have seen awareness act as a change agent. To know why you do what you do, can lead to change. Being heard can lead to healing and growth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an M.Ed. in Counseling Education from Texas Tech University working with individuals, couples and families. I am skilled with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, adjustment issues, grief, and relationship issues. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral, Experiential and Relational Theory. My office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-5, and I am open to scheduling some sessions on the weekends before noon. I look forward to speaking with you.
