I work well with neurodivergent and queer folks. I enjoy partnering with my clients to explore chronic pain and illness, addiction, and relationship challenges.
My Approach to Helping
I primarily rely on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help folks get to where they want to go. I will adapt my approach to your specific needs and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I often find myself in awe of the human drive towards survival, connection, and growth. I pursued clinical social work so I could help draw out those characteristics with my clients.
