My Ideal Client

I naturally lean into evidence-based practices rooted in connection in working with clients. Whatever challenge or trauma my clients may be going through, I aim to provide a safe space to navigate that process together. I am passionate about the work I do to help couples, families, individuals, teens, adolescents, and kids.

I aim to provide a safe space to navigate the therapeutic journey together. I am passionate about my work and tailor my approach to meet my clients. I focus on connection and communication and operate from the lens that everything draws from emotion. We can repair and rebuild when we tap into our most vulnerable selves.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In my free time, one of my favorite places to be is in nature. I love to hike, be on the water, camp, and backpack. I'm a big fan of yoga, Barre3, running, and reading mystery books. As a mom to two children, my time away from clients typically includes many board games, lego building, and soccer games.
