My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with adults coping with complex or childhood trauma, OCD, and relationship challenges like infidelity and communication breakdowns. I support LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, including those exploring gender identity, non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM. My approach is trauma-informed and affirming. You don’t have to fit a label to feel welcome—my practice is open to all.

My Approach to Helping

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, and depression can weigh heavily—sometimes even physically. To cope, we may adopt habits that feel helpful but aren’t always healing. Trauma can be isolating and exhausting. As a Queer, LGBTQIA+ therapist, I offer a holistic, eclectic approach tailored to your needs. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to support you with compassion and collaboration as you move toward healing and growth.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

Start your path toward growth and healing with a personalized approach that honors your unique mind and spirit. Together, we'll uncover what’s holding you back, tap into your strengths, and reshape patterns for lasting change. Nothing changes if nothing changes. My goal is to help you see that you are not your struggles. You have the power to overcome them, and it’s an honor to be along for the ride. With humor, mindfulness, empathy, and active listening, I validate your experiences and celebrate your strengths.

Specialties

  • Narrative  External link

Narrative therapy helps individuals separate their identity from problems like anxiety or trauma, empowering them to rewrite limiting life stories. It centers on how personal, social, and cultural narratives shape identity, encouraging clients to re-author their stories in ways that reflect their strengths, values, and goals. This approach fosters agency, reduces shame, and supports more fulfilling relationships and personal growth.
