My Ideal Client

At Willow Tree Therapy, my mission is to provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space for healing and personal growth. I am dedicated to supporting emotional well-being, resilience and self discovery, through compassionate and evidence-based care. My goal is to empower individuals and families on their journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life. My style is warm and collaborative, with a healthy dose of humor and fun. We will work together to identify and address your goals.

My Approach to Helping

I specialize in working with clients during and after pregnancy, kids and teens. In grad school, I spent a year interning in a women's clinic and have worked with perinatal clients throughout my 16 years as a therapist. I also spent over 4 years in school based primary care clinics as a behavioral health provider working with kids 5-18 years old. I use evidence based therapies and a client centered approach to empower individuals and families.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy is a collaborative journey where safety, trust and authenticity create the foundation for meaningful growth. My approach is grounded in empathy and deep respect for each person's unique story. I am interested in trauma informed care, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe that every person has the potential for growth, resilience and lasting transformation.
