My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have extensive experience working with adults addressing, anxiety, depression, life transitions and unpacking issues of intergenerational cultural dissonance. I draw from a strengths based, compassion focused, anti-oppressive and social justice lens with an integrative perspective approach tailored to your unique situation. We'll work collaboratively to process your experiences, cultivating self-awareness, draw out your strengths, and support your goals. You can expect a safe space where you feel seen and heard.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe each person is the expert on their own life. My role as a therapist is to advocate for your healing through use of my training and knowledge to accompany you on your journey. Therapy is most successful when there is authenticity and therapeutic alliance and I look forward to doing the work with you and being witness to your healing.
