My focus includes pregnant, postpartum, & parenting people who want to heal from child wounds, trauma, or address impediments to existing as fully as you desire. I coach parents who strive to connect with their little human(s) and their needs from an attachment-based perspective. I facilitate parent-involved therapy for children starting in toddlerhood. I am committed to the identification of and wholistic interventions for female and non-binary folx with ADHD.
I am in the process of credentialing for my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate through Postpartum Support International. I have worked in a variety of practice setting caring for parents and their pregnancies.
Prior to my work as a child and family therapist and pediatric behavioral health consultant, I worked in schools supporting students with academic challenges and social and emotional concerns. Fostering the identities of little people feels like a pivotal component of transforming the future.
