We work together to set the foundation and embrace her power. Girls will learn how to unleash the lioness that’s been caged up inside her. She will transform into a strong, confident woman that is ready to go into the world with a ROAR!!

I have experience working with: Eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress management, alcohol and drug abuse, self-harm, depression, body image, and self-esteem. Professional certifications include: Licensed Professional Counselor, Oregon (LPC) Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (MA, systems counseling) Member of the American Counseling Association Member of the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling

    Especially if there's history of alcohol/drug abuse in the family, I work with kids' awareness : social pressure, coping skills, education, and safety.

    I specialize working with pre-adolescent and teenage girls. Issues I help with include stress management, social media, family separation, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, alcohol and drug abuse, self-harm, body image, and self-esteem.

    Often developing as a coping for stress, eating disorders can be helped with early on. I work with girls' and their body image and eating habits (over-eating, food restriction, over-exercise) along with self-esteem.

  • Body Image Issues External link

    Your child may not have an eating disorder, but struggle with messages they receive daily regarding the ideal women's body.
