Techniques I Use

Issues I Treat

  • Drug Dependence / Abuse / Addiction External link

Especially if there's history of alcohol/drug abuse in the family, I work with kids' awareness : social pressure, coping skills, education, and safety.

  • Child or Adolescent Issues External link

I specialize working with pre-adolescent and teenage girls. Issues I help with include stress management, social media, family separation, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, alcohol and drug abuse, self-harm, body image, and self-esteem.

  • Self-Esteem External link

I work with girls and their families to help them see and believe in their abilities, strengths, and values, despite the messages they receive from the world.

  • Eating Disorder External link

Often developing as a coping for stress, eating disorders can be helped with early on. I work with girls' and their body image and eating habits (over-eating, food restriction, over-exercise) along with self-esteem.

  • Body Image Issues External link

Your child may not have an eating disorder, but struggle with messages they receive daily regarding the ideal women's body.
