My Ideal Client

Clients often present with symptoms of anxiety and or depression resulting in a decrease in quality of life. Some are dealing with family communication challenges, a recent death or have a loved one who is sick or with a chronic illness. Clients can have a history of mental illness and others have relational challenges both personally, professionally or in school finding it hard to succeed. Seeking out therapeutic support to help with life challenges can be effective.

My Approach to Helping

Asking a client what is most important to them and where they find and have found Awe” and “Joy” in their life can be a foundation on starting the conversation and therapeutic alliance. Validation and starting where the client is are keys to a successful therapeutic relationship. Seeking out therapeutic support to help with life challenges can be effective in increasing quality of life and add to personal emotional growth. It can help reclaim our natural innate ability to heal.
