My Ideal Client

Many of us come from cultures where mental health was simply not on our radar. We performed, did our best, and simply dealt with the cost. This is often particularly true of veterans, first responders, and others whose jobs engage with physical reality. Thankfully today, we are better able to address the stress and cost of life. It can be a bit of an awkward mystery, wondering what actually happens in therapy. Actually, it is much like a conversation, and is often surprisingly helpful.

How I Can Help You

Modern life brings with it a level of stress that can present in a number of ways. Add to that the experience of trauma and other old mental injuries that never healed and many of us feel spent, anxious, and with a sense that we have lost some of our direction.

More About the People I Treat

A lot of the people I work with come from the first responder and veteran communities. We have a very unique subculture which is difficult for outsiders to understand.
