My Ideal Client

Within private practice, the majority of patients are part of the LGBTQIA+ community; however, all are welcome. Although I offer treatment to a wide variety of mental health disorders, I specialize in psychiatric treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), major depressive disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. I accept patients ages 18+ at this time.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to psychiatric and medication management services is holistic in nature and explore all aspects of lifestyle when determining treatment planning. When appropriate, I apply cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy skills to medication management services. I offer a conservative approach to prescribing psychotropics; however, I offer information and resources for alternative forms of treatment, including ketamine and TMS.
