My Ideal Client

I have experience working with neurodivergence, domestic violence, addiction, and homelessness. The commonality of all these experiences is trauma. Trauma metabolizes and compounds an already difficult experience and further alienates us from ourselves and those we love most. As such, I am a trauma-informed therapist and take a holistic approach that understands the impact that trauma has on individuals and relationships.

My Approach to Helping

As a therapist, I have experience working with neurodivergence, domestic violence, addiction, and homelessness. The commonality of all these experiences is trauma. Trauma metabolizes and compounds an already difficult experience and further alienates us from ourselves and those we love most. As such, I am a trauma-informed therapist and take a holistic approach that understands the impact that trauma has on individuals and relationships. The modalities I use include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, Gestalt, and Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals. I have an eclectic but client-centered approach that prioritizes the lived experience of those I work with.
