Are you struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety and can't quite figure out what the root is? It could be trauma responses. I am here to help you through the learning of why you are struggling with potential trauma responses, understand them, and learn new tools to cope. Are you struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss, or involuntary childlessness? I am here to provide you a better understanding of the emotional struggles that arise from these challenges and tools to cope.
I believe that pulling from many orientations allows for me to meet my clients where they are at, and customize treatment to what is best for them. Therapy is not a one size fits all.
Infertility is a unique experience that is often experienced in silence. I come from a place of experience on this topic as well as education in trauma, grief, and am currently participating in a year long program focused on fertility issues. I am very passionate about providing support to women struggling with trying to conceive and how it impacts their daily lives and relationships.
Abuse, PTSD, Women's Issues
This group focuses on psycho-education of what trauma is, how it impacts us (mind, body, soul), and skills to learn to regulate the symptoms of trauma. This is a 6-week pre-requisite to an on-going trauma processing group.
Infertility, Loss or Grief, Women's Issues
Starting January 5th, 2023 via Telehealth. This group is for women currently in the Trying To Conceive phase of life. Infertility impacts every aspect of life and can lead to feeling alone, anxious, grief, and even trauma. We will be providing psycho-education on how infertility can impact one's life, have group discussions with the goal of providing a sense of community and less isolation, and explore coping skills for the various emotions the rollercoaster can cause.
