My Approach to Helping

I bridge clinical expertise with body-centered, holistic healing, grounded in inclusive, accessible, and stigma-reducing care. Having worked in trauma-informed mental health and refugee support across the Middle East and North Africa, I bring a culturally responsive lens and experience collaborating with translators. Whether through traditional psychotherapy or integrative practices that include mindfulness and movement, my goal is to help clients create new pathways for healing and growth. Above all, I strive to offer a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to heal from trauma and move forward with confidence.
