My Approach to Helping
Through my therapeutic approach I have helped people move from feeling stuck or depressed, to making more integrative choices. Together we will work toward your treatment goals and use person-centered therapy to support your growth and self-expression.
My role is to use harm reduction and strength based techniques, especially with symptoms of anxiety or depression. In treatment areas that involve complex trauma, I respond with trauma informed care.
