These narratives, often shaped by experiences of marginalization, can leave us feeling unworthy or overwhelmed. In our work together, I honor your unique journey by exploring these stories and uncovering the strengths you already possess. I specialize in supporting those grappling with anxiety, shame, low self-worth, relationship challenges, intimacy and sexual concerns, identity questions, and trauma responses. As a queer therapist with extensive experience serving LGBTQIA+ communities and individuals in poly and kink-positive relationships, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our work. I believe that genuine healing happens in a collaborative, evolving relationship—one where we embrace both laughter and tears as we navigate the path to growth.
