We hold the capacity to create new meaning of our pain. Growth, like any creative act, requires the courage to embark curiously toward unspoken truths. The landscape of the inner world can feel barren. The healing journey is inherently and inextricably relational. Clients and I navigate these spaces by shifting our gaze toward their internal compass. I focus on relationships, sex therapy, c-PTSD, addiction, family conflict, trauma, life transitions, depression and anxiety. At some point along your journey you have found yourself reading these words. If you are seeking new perspectives and approaches to life’s challenges, I would be happy to join you where you are and embark at your side, and at your pace. To feel seen by another is a requisite part of life. Joining with another in this endeavor requires a depth of vulnerability that endures conflict, misunderstandings, and loneliness. With transparency and compassion, I cultivate safe spaces for expressing and receiving love.
