I specialize in working with individuals experiencing workplace challenges, women navigating mid-life, families in conflict, neurodivergent couples, and couples looking to improve their relationship resilience and deepen connection. I use an eclectic approach of evidence-based interventions with Gestalt Methods of emotional processing.
