I work using feminist therapy, exploring the impact society and systems have on your mental health. Together, we will investigate how the way you were raised, and the society you live in, impact how you feel.

I have a Master in Counseling from Oregon State University Cascades. I also have my CADC I. I have direct experience working with LGBTQ+ folks, and people in all phases of addiction and addiction recovery.
