We are a group of mental health professionals who provide high-quality mental health care with a strong focus on a values-based, client-centered approach. Our aim is to deliver care that respects and responds to your preferences, needs, and values ensuring that your values guide all clinical decisions. Whether you are seeking individual, family, or community support, our commitment is to offer you comprehensive care. We acknowledge that each individual’s needs are unique and will prioritize a culture of feedback to provide the best possible care for our clients. We firmly believe in the power of therapy and counseling to promote healing, growth, and well-being. We offer psychiatric medication management, taking an integrative approach to mental health care by offering personalized, whole-person care.

We want you to have a new experience of mental health care with us - one where evidence-based practice exists alongside of values-based, inclusive, outcomes-driven care. We do this by making sure every decision we make is guided by our shared community values. We hold each other accountable to take action, do what matters, face barriers, live meaningfully, and change mental health care for the better. We strive to make mental healthcare accessible - offering both in-person and virtual appointments in Washington and Oregon (offices in Downtown Portland, Southeast, and Beaverton).
