My Approach to Helping
At times, the strategies we’ve relied on no longer feel effective, especially during stress, loss, or change. You may be navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or a life transition and noticing your usual ways of coping aren’t working. You might long to feel more grounded, clear, and connected. If this resonates, therapy can be a supportive space to explore yourself with more ease, presence, and self-compassion.
I offer a collaborative, relational approach that emphasizes mindfulness, somatic awareness, and present-moment experience. It is trauma-informed and guided by the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship can be transformative, unlocking each person’s potential for healing.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. This is a space to show up as you are, move at your own pace, and explore what’s possible when you feel supported and seen. If my approach sounds like a good fit for you, I’d be honored to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
